Breakfast is very simple, but staffs are very kind and they manage everything very well. I think the carpet should be changed, the housekeeper is doing very well.

Very good , excellent service, good location

There wasn’t much amenities provided, there was even no hand soap in the washroom. It was also 2000¥ for a shower kit and there was a spider web in our room. The decor seems outdated but the front desk staff was helpful for giving me change for laundry. Laundry was in a bit of a dodgy space in basement where parking is. Ok for a quick stay but would see what other options there are.

The room was quite spacious, which made it comfortable and relaxing throughout our visit. The breakfast could have been better for non korean people perhaps. I could eat only bread and jam. Surrounding area is quite noisy due to lot of restaurants around but good vibe. Location vise - Balsan station is walkabale so is easy acess however main seoul attaractions are quite far. We were here only for 1 night pit stop before taking flight from incheon.

We stayed at 4 different hotels this trip to SK and this hotel tops them all (and one of the hotels was MarinaBay). We stayed in the M Suite, so the room was very spacious. This place had lots of restaurants nearby. It was definitely lively at night. I would stay around this area again if I needed to. It's just too far from the heart of Seoul for me.

Great for our short visit!

The hotel turned off air conditioning due to mild to cold weather therefore we had to open the windows at night to let the air circulate. There are bars nearby, it was loud all night. We had to choose between no air circulating or loud noise. We chose the latter because we had a hard time breathing. We woke up several times each night because of screaming people and loud vehicles. The hotel is near the bus and train stations and restaurants.

Pros: Helpful staff, Breakfast for two included with hot/cold food choices (meat, rice, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, porridge, salad, coffee, juice, milk, etc) Cons: Lobby is on the 7th floor with accommodations on upper floors. Elevators at the time we were there were slower than expected. Overall: Good Experience
