Room clean . Staff courteous

When I arrived to the location, the staff told me the AC was out and that I would have to stay at another location for a night. The next day they told me the room was not ready, and I would have to stay another night. The location they placed me at did not have what I paid for the balcony and in apartment kitchen. They did allow me to use the kitchen in the restaurant, but it was not clean as I would like. So I did not use it. I didn't know there was an issue with the hotel, until I arrived after a long trip. I recommend calling to ensure the room is available, based on pictures only, the hotel I booked looked a lot better then where I was placed. I would say the staff was really nice, and i had to think about writing a review as they were really sweet. However, I believe guests should know this can happen at this hotel.

I stay here about once every three months for about five nights. It's a comfortable, convenient hotel with Japanese TV and a large refrigerator as it's an apartment-style room.

I really like it because it is very comfortable and the receptionists are very friendly.

I love district 7 area with many dining options. Walkable to many places..and quiet less cars and mopeds

The Staff was Amazing and our stay was wonderful, I will stay here anytime I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!!! I highly recommend Sabina Hotel to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City
