The room that we occupied has lots of mosquitos, and the bath tub after every use is clogging. The room service was not so good that you have to wait for your food without even updating if they are gonna serve or not yet

It’s more of the Expedia experience when I tried to change my booking minutes after I received the itinerary. I explained that I needed 2 beds in my order for 3 persons but the itinerary showed 1 bed. I asked to change the room for one with 2 beds. Your staff claimed that no room available so basically they’re saying I’m stuck. I was able to make the change with additional cost directly with the property staff. I wonder if Expedia even tried to help me. I didn’t receive or copied with communications between Expedia and property staff.

The property is good, staff are approachable and accomodating.
The pool is nice and safe with lifeguard on the go.
As we stayed in the presidential suit, the room is cozy and comfortable with a very wide comfort room
