On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily.
Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again.
Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate.
We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they refused to refund entirely. We even asked them to refund at least one of the three days still available in our stay, they were aggressive and said they would NOT REFUND! PERIOD!!!

Excellent stay. Ahmed was exceptional with accommodating us. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely return to this Hotel. Thank You!

If I'd ever have gotten to stay here I may have been able to give higher marks. The address given is not correct against Google maps and neither the TukTuk drivers nor the police (several different posts) could point this place out. So does it even really exist? I'll be looking for a. Refund.

Very poor location, on busy road junction in undesirable area. We asked for a suggestion of where we could walk to for supper and were advised not to walk in the area. It has no bar or alcohol license.
The photo was taken to not show any of the surroundings. I would not recommend it for foreigners, particularly women.
