Wrong room type than booked, & was not changed as promised. Not a disaster but so many little things were disappointing. I think the worst being the bizarre sensory lighting system, which constantly switched off when you're in the shower or when reading a book. Very annoying.

良い The phone in the room was dialing the extensions but could never reach anyone. Had to get dressed and go to the reception and tell them to get someone from room service to call me so I can order. When I got the call and placed the order the person on the other line told me they could not find this item in the menu even if mentioned on which page it was . Decided to order food from outside the hotel. Very inconvenient that you are not able to call reception, room service, maintenance or anyone and need to go to the reception. Bfast options were very very poor as well
