少しがっかり I get policies but it was a simple booking error. I booked for the same day which I was unable to attend as I was literally several states away. I booked the reservation after 4 pm. I apologized. The hotel wouldn’t do anything to help. Not even rebooking to the correct day so business wouldn’t have been lost. Instead I’m out almost $300. Mistakes happen in life, it was an obvious mistake given the time I booked the reservation. Sadly I won’t ever set foot in this establishment because they couldn’t be willing to budge.

Room and location were both great. The morning of our departure we went down for breakfast at six and there was no coffee. I asked the front desk because there was another gentleman and I waiting if we could get a cup of coffee, he told me I could walk to the local Starbucks, which I thought was very rude for being a casino hotel you would think they’d have coffee 24 hours other than the staff the place was in a good location and very clean. Check in staff was great.
