very nice staff

friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were kind, courteous, and so very helpful.

We had a good stay for my group of 5. It was clean, AC was wonderful and breakfast in the morning was perfect.

The lady who works the front desk in the evening and the free breakfast were the best part about this hotel. Everything else was horrible. Aside from the building being old and falling apart, when I told them about issues we had with the room I was gaslit into thinking nothing was wrong and that it was probably my fault. The tv is fuzzy and can’t get a clear screen. The phone only worked sometimes so I would have to go downstairs, from the third floor with no elevator, to tell them directly about anything. I woke up around 11pm and found pools of water randomly throughout the floor. No idea where all that water came from. Tried calling downstairs but the phone didn’t work, so went downstairs to find no one there. Used up our towels to clean it up. Then they said the flooding probably came from me putting wet towels on the floor. The floor wasn’t just a little wet, IT WAS POOLS OF WATER in 3 different spots in our room. By the time they saw it I already cleaned it all up so they didn’t think it was a big deal. Then there was the loudest noise that happened every night that sounded like really aggressive wind, which wasn’t cause I looked outside and the trees weren’t even moving. It was coming from the walls and they said, “well you’re the only one complaining so it was the wind.” The audacity to be so rude. The only compensation they’re giving us is free snacks. I would NEVER stay here again and highly recommend you don’t either.
