Amazing breakfast and staff! The room is huge and clean! It was just what we needed for our family of four.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. The hours of the pool were not good for morning. The gym was horrible and extremely hot.

Great service by staff, especially at the reception desk and bar. Breakfast not best quality, even though they offer a variety (i.e coffee at expresso machine and “bacon” not good). Location is a 20+ minute walk from main attractions such us pedestrian bridge Pedro and Ines. To go to university of Coimbra definitely need a taxi, but you can come back on foot as long as it is still daylight.

Good breakfast and garage parking for my motorcycle (it is open to public but there was no problem)

Great hotel it is not in the center however it is no far. Staff very friendly, there are a lot of amenities inside the property.

Falta de mantenimiento a los cuartos. Servicios muy básicos

Just stayed for a night. Wonderful hotel and well maintained. Felt safe and convenient.

Meldo in the bathroom, thermostat that the temperature controlled didn’t function,, Dust everywhere

This was such a great stay, one of our favorites in Portugal. The hotel is beautiful and quaint, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Patio bar was a great place for drinks and food too. The little shops, restaurants, annd walking the castle wall were all so amazing! Only downfall is you have to park in the parking lot, which is a fair distance away, and wheel your luggage uphill on the stone walkways.
