Room was good, staff was great , Breakfast was nice too . Will stay there again !

Had to transfer from another room as A/C was not functioning well.

Breakfast was OK with choices. Wish you had microwaves in the rooms or available.

I booked this hotel for my mum as one of my birthday presents. Upon arrival, the staff were already rude and non attentive. They had told my mum that they can’t see her on their reservation list, my mum had to ring me to confirm and when I tried to speak to them they said it’s all okay. My mun had just flown and travelled hours just to be treated like that!! Absolutely horrendous costumer service. Additionally, the place isn’t how they advertised it in their photos. I will atach photos of the actual hotel. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked this hotel, and will never ever book again! Staff needed training on how to perform their hospitality role.

We had a great stay but noticed that the slippers aren’t the same as before. Breakfast was also good and the staff are attentive.
