The staff was quick to provide check in and provide resources as needed. The facility was clean and fully functional. It was also located close to both the U-Bahn and buses.

Excellent stay

You can’t go wrong with a Premier Inn - they’re the same wherever you go. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast area was small but had plenty of options from a continental breakfast to a cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to extend our checkout to 2pm. Our only downside was our tv didn’t work - we did hear another staff member explain this to another guest at the end of our first day to say that the signal wasn’t great and the guest was asked if they wanted the tv or not - we were not told this so that was our only critique as we like the tv on in the background when we’re getting ready.

Great staff

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Wilmersdorf. We are used to staying at the Premiere Inn in the UK so knew exactly what to expect. Staff were super lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the bar area in the evenings playing games. The hotel is very close to the Spichernstraße U Bahn which means exploring the city was very easy. The only issues we had was there was no chair in the room and I have a bad back. However, they were very happy to bring a chair to our room. Also we messaged via the Expedia app to ask about parking and air conditioning and we didn’t get a reply. So we decided to use the Park and Ride at Wansee and travel inn with our cases. Would definitely stay here again. It was great!
