Cool as a cucumber…very pro staff

My stay at ERMASS was fantastic! They offered a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. The hotel was very modern and clean, with a highlight being the very comfortable beds.

Great room and fantastic shower! Easy to walk to everything. Not in the best area, but was okay.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the subway. It is away from the main tourist areas so you get a feel of local Athens life, although you have to be careful not to wander into the nearby sketchy area. You can tell by the abundance of graffiti and dilapidated buildings. The staff was pleasant and helpful. You get coupons for free coffee at the associated cafe Nina where you can enjoy a quiet moment. Fotias the manager at Nina was very helpful. The only negative was being on the eighth floor because of the noise from the Rooftop Garden directly above us, noise continuing to 1 am and awakening us in the morning. However this was only on one of the three nights we stayed here.

Very nice room

Our stay at the Ermass was above our expectations for the cost. The hotel was clean and had many amenities we normally would not have had at the price we paid. The roof top lounge gave great views of the city of Athens and was wonderful at night. The pool was just enough to cool us off after sight-seeing all day. The workout equipment was high quality and well maintained. The building was secure and friendly staff was available 24/7. The area the hotel is located was an easy walk to the Acropolis and National Archeological museum, which can lead you away from tourist areas to see a different side of the large city.

Clean, spacious, & great AC!

Although the location was not the best, this was mitigated by the amenities and the amazingly helpful and supportive staff. I am 81 years old and was travelling with my son and 2 grandchildren (21 and 17). The staff made sure we had adjoining rooms, which were fully and immaculately furnished, including a very well-equipped kitchen facility. Nothing was too much trouble - call a taxi, recommend a reasonably priced place to eat, even helped me arrange a car rental. Our thanks to every single member of this amazing team!
