Was hidden in neighborhood and hard to find, but was a very nice place. Felt very private. Owner was very nice and helpful. Very homey place. Very spacious. Was close Shimanto City amenities and sights.

広くてキレイでとても快適でした。冷蔵庫、レンジ、お鍋や食器が揃っていたのも嬉しかったです。お部屋には馬路村の柚子ジュースやケンピなど、土佐人気名物が人数分用意されていて、これも感動でした！　絶対オススメです！

A beautiful property, great for a more traditional Japanese stay. The hosts were a lovely couple who were super helpful even when our arrival time was unexpectedly changed to a late evening arrival. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay. The place has a very nice view of river with sunset. The owners are very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. It is equipped with washing machine which is a plus for those on long trips. Location-wise, it is easier for those who drive. We will definitely visit again next time.

This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed at in Japan. Think of this less as a hotel and more as an opportunity to stay in their home and connect with the amazing people of Shimanto. I highly recommend waking up at sunrise to surf and then surfing all day. Afterwards I suggest a long run along the beautiful Shimanto river.
