Dandelion is a cute boutique hotel with a feel of high-end concierge services. There was friendly and clear communication all throughout our 5 night stay, and thorough hotel information/instructions are given prior to check-in. They considered all questions such as daily towel/trash pick up requests, food delivery information, how to use the washing machine, air conditioner controller and much more. The staff was accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage prior to check in time and when we came back later that day, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. It’s the small thoughtful gestures that we appreciated during our stay. The room was big enough for our family of 4; beds were comfortable, the fold-up dining table was convenient, kitchen was fully stocked with basic essentials (fridge and microwave also provided), and there are plenty of storage space/shelves all throughout the room for your personal belongings. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops and convenience stores. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Korea!

The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. They help us to carry luggage’s up and down during checkin and checkout time because the property doesn’t have an elevator. Great thanks to the management team!

A spacious property for a family of 5 with 3 big boys. It’s located in a convenient location. The check-in staff was very hospitable. The only downside was next door guests who stayed up talking late into the night which was heard through the thin wall.

The room was clean, spacious and has great amenities.Kind staff who is patient & always ready to assist and provide information through texting. The location is at a quiet corner yet walking distance to city & subway, highly recommend.

Room was very clean and staffs were super helpful. I brought a wrong power converter, they let me borrow one so I can charge my phone. Also gave good advice on leaving for the airport earlier due to a snowstorm causing traffic delay.

This was my second two week stay this year and it was as good as it always is. Clean accommodation, friendly staff and excellent location. The perfect trifecta. I plan on returning many more times.
