The staff were so kind and helpful. The place was so clean and enjoyable. The food for breakfast was amazing and there’s a lovely dining area where you can enjoy candy cookies, fruit, and coffee and tea anytime

Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular, temizlik konusunda gayet yeterliler. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çeşitliliği artırılmalı.

Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what you're doing. Keep it consistent as people will love the experience. Definitely 100% recommend. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Gulsana, thank you Duo.

I stayed at the original Futuro more than 10 years ago. The Duo is equally as good. The guys on reception helped me book taxis as my UK phone didn't work with the Yandex app. Daily housekeeping was to a high standard and breakfast was varied each day. The location is great for getting to Ala Archa and downtown is walkable. I would stay again.
