This location provided everything you need, from dishes to utensils, coffee maker, toaster, everything a family needs on a trip. They even have a laundry mat you can use without extra costs. If you are traveling with kids or a big group this is the place to stay. Everyone is helpful always and there is someone on staff 24/7 we felt extremely safe there. Would love to stay here again.

I spent 5 nights here and it was quite nice. They made every attempt to ensure all necessary items were supplied up to and including reading material about the local area. I rate a 4 instead of a 5 because I had problems with the water heating up for showers. Better instructions for guests might be a good idea. For example, it is hot water "on demand". You must make sure the unit (in kitchen cabinet) is turned on to full power and water tap is in the full position. If you let it run a few minutes (3-5) before you step in the shower, you will have a hot shower for the duration. If not it will fluctuate from hot to cold quickly. If this was better explained, Zielo would have fewer complaints. Overall a very nice, safe, clean stay in the center of the historic old city.

Everything was perfect close to stores and the zocalo and the stuff were friendly and we felt secure. Todo fue perfecto cerca del las tiendas y el zocalo, el stuff fue amable, y sobre todo segura.
