Great value for money, and a lot of restaurants nearby

Clean and equipped with all the essential amenities. Good for layover stay. Good options for food and shopping within a block.

Loved the fact there was a washing machine in the room. Ideal to get holiday washing done before heading home. Convenient for restaurants and easy getting to the airport in the morning.

Amazing stay, especially for the price. Sizeable room, great location, affordable, easy check in and out. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was great, a spacious size for a single room. The bed was so comfy and softer than other beds I've tried in SEA, and the linens all clean and fresh. Room amenities and facilities - AC worked well although I preferred to have the window open during the day, internet was fast with no issues at all, microwave and fridge freezer worked with no issues. It was incredibly clean. I didn't use the washer/dryer but would do if I stayed again for longer. Only two lifts but I rarely waited more than a couple of mins to use. I was on the 18th floor, there were stairs but many of them! The bathroom was again super clean and the shower was great for temperature and pressure. Hairdryer provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. I'd definitely come here again. The staff were so helpful and friendly and I liked Incheon and the transport was so easy to use to get around.

We arrived and the front desk was friendly and gave us the code to our room. The room had many built in closets, cabinets and storage. However, the previous guests used towels were left hanging in the closet to dry. The air conditioner had a constant drip that landed on the foot of one of the beds. Two of the duvet covers had large stains; one brown and one yellow! There was a two burner stove but no utensils, pots, etc other than a kettle. We had an early flight so had to check out very early. The front desk was closed and there were no instructions as to what to do, so we just left. I guess that was fine.

I like how the property is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The free Wi-Fi is high-speed. I was given a new towel, a face towel, and two water bottles every day. I was so surprised to see the hotel providing Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body wash. The hotel is super clean, and I rated it a 5-star hotel. I wanted to access the TV cable I couldn't find it, I guess there's no cable. I communicated with the staff with a language translator app as they don't understand the English language.
