The only good thing is the location. The reception is rarely open. Upon arrival, a random man outside had to call someone to let me into the building. The same happened at check-out. I had to wait for someone to arrive, despite being in a hurry to catch my flight. The apartment is in a very tired condition. The lamps above the bed are barely attached to the wall, and one does not work. The bathroom socket is coming out of the wall. I was given an “upgraded” room with a separate living area and a TV. However, the TV was unusable because the sofa was broken and dirty. I contacted the host through Expedia asking them to fix the TV cable and move the TV to the bedroom, but all my messages were ignored. There is mould in the bathroom and dust throughout the apartment. The property advertises daily housekeeping. During my four-night stay, my room was never cleaned. The only housekeeping I saw was a staff member asking if I needed fresh towels or toilet paper. The “kitchen” consists of a kettle, two cups and a sink. There is no hob, microwave, cutlery or cooking equipment, making it impossible to prepare even a simple breakfast. Oddly, there is a cooker hood despite there being no cooking facilities. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, several advertised amenities were missing or unusable, and it did not offer good value for money.

Nice spot close to Karakoy and Gálata Tower. Well placed for visiting the town, have dinner and drinks but far away enough to rest quiet. The mattress was OK and bathroom not very clean but not disgusting

Property allows smoking so even if the room has no smoke smell when you enter, if your neighbour is chronic smoking, the smoking still drifts into your room. Similarly the acoustics separation is also poor. But location of place and size of room is great.

The property was located very well, the room was clean, spacious, quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful :)

Konum olarak iyi bir yerde her yere yürüme mesafesinde, sadece yatak çok kötüydü yamuk ve dengesizdi yayları gıcırdıyordu.303 numaralı odada kaldık.Sessiz ve temızdı,bakıma ıhtıyacı var fakat bınanın ve eşyaların yıpranmış.

Location of the apartment was very nice and made it easy to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the only issue was that the bathroom door wouldn’t close due to misalignment and always stayed open, which caused some discomfort when using the toilet. Apart from this, everything was good, and it’s a recommendable place

Perfect place! Only the pillows can be more comfortable, besides that, everything was great! I would love to come back!
