All staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient to restaurants, cafes, stores and even hospital. Overall it is great place to stay. Was just surprised that there was a stain in the towels in the bathroom, no face towels and tv does not connect to wifi. We're t a deal breaker but very unfortunate that the spa and thengym were unavailable during the week we were there 😕

The stay was very good, breakfast was filling and fresh. The dinner was great and pleasant surroundings. The waiter was very attentive, food had much class and variety. Very enjoyable stay, again..

Amazing stay at this hotel, and the restaurants were absolutely a highlight. However, the gym was under construction during my stay so if you run into the same issue I suggest taking a 7min walk to base line fitness! Phenomenal gym and atmosphere! Dont waste your time at any of the other “gyms”. Lol

Hotel quality for motel prices!

Booked the 1 bedroom. First thing, check in is on the 3rd floor, which quite common in Cebu. Room was quite spacious however there was a spring loaded fire door between the living room and the bedroom... So I instantly grabbed a coffee spoon from the kitchenette and wedged the door open for my entire stay. The water pressure was fine but temperature only got warm not hot, unless I closed the valve down to just a trickle then I could get the temp I was looking for. Included was 2 welcome drink tickets for the Onyx bar on roof. The welcome drink you don't get to choose... It is basically mango juice. Worst of all... The beautiful rooftop swimming pool is not open for swimming yet so you can only look at it. Same with the exercise facility... Not open yet. Breakfast was decent. Could be a little clearer on what you are requesting... One order showed up with rice and meat, other a salad and toast with meat. Over all a good hotel especially for the price. I would return.
