Neat little hotel,,,our room was great ,very artsy,we had a projection screen in it which brought me back to grade 5!!shower was outside which was fun ,and the patio was great,,not far from mui bien st.and plenty of eclectic restaurants in the area for great food and fun!the only blip was that the daytime couple at the desk need to learn they are in the hospitality industry and need to cheer up and whipe the chip off there shoulders ,enjoyed this place!!

First things first, I got a WhatsApp message harassing me to click a link to confirm my booking a month or two before my trip- this was a scammer and when I reached out to the hotel, first thing, the guy on the phone was not nice and told me to WhatsApp him, secondly he told me this has been happening to other guests and it’s scam. My question is, how did a scammer get all my information including name, number and details of my stay.. this has never happened to me off any booking from Expedia so I do believe staff is in on it. Staff was not as polite or accommodating as other places we stayed in Vietnam. For example, our room’s bolt did not work and when I notified staff, instead of offering to switch the room like every other place we’ve ever stayed at would for this issue if occurred, I was told “it’s fine no one can get in from the outside” yet there’s this book in the room absolving staff of any fault of any valuables or guest property went missing. For this reason as well, we did not get our room serviced for our two night stay. Also, when leaving the hotel, I mistakenly pulled and pushed the wrong door and the staff behind me laughed at me.. the surrounding area also was sketch. The AC does not work well and room does not get cold enough. It’s a nonsmoking place yet our room smelled like cigarette smoke often. Do not book this place. I do not recommend.

Clean room. Friendly

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient and near several D1 attractions. My only concern was there was no housekeeping. I stayed for 2 nights.

Great place to stay, wonderful customer service. I feel safe here staying by myself for 2 weeks. Will stay again. Many places to eat within 1-10min walk.

There are many local shops nearby

It was ok but nothing special. Paying extra for the balcony is pointless as it has no view and can barely fit one person. It was clean and the bathroom was good with good pressure. The ac was also fine.

Enjoyed my stay here = 10 nights total and tried 3 different apartment rooms. If youre looking for something different, highly recommend as it has a homey feel. Towels changed daily and bins taken out daily, like at a hotel. Staff are friendly and laidback. Approx 15min walk to cho ben thanh, 20min to takashimaya centre and saigon square, and 10min walk to bui vien beer walking street. If you use grab, its super easy and cheap to get around saigon. Would definitely stay here again.
