最高 Good hotel to stay in, but there is not gym. Rooms are good. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast too.

Clean rooms and common areas, breakfast was spot on and beautifully displayed. Seemed to have no urgency on checking in guests, waited 2 hours past check in time, nothing offered as apology for the waiting.
Overall, fantastic stay, wish the rooms were cooler though.

Room was lovely, however housekeeping did not replenish tea and coffee or give us clean cups. The check in staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. We didn't visit the spa. The hotel is far out of town but has excellent transport links.

Hotel was really clean, staff very helpful, breakfast was amazing and great gym facilities. Public transport makes it easy to arrive at hotel

Very friendly staff, conveniently located, very comfortable bed, diverse breakfast.
The only minus is that it has been advertised as being part of Klaratornet, when it is in fact standing next to it.
