Took three hours to get into the room. Didn't get in until 7pm. Several days on advance I thought we'd be in at 6pm or 7pm They require one hour notice to be let in. I let they know I need to enter at 4pm and didn't get in until 7pm There was a bike race, they said they could not get to the apartment. They require photos of your passports. The whole thing was odd

It was really a great room and bath with tea pot coffee pot small refrigerator Big tv. WiFi made easy. Walking to everything wonderful. Had a bit of trouble with my maps finding it. Entrance right next to Museo di sculptura. Facing Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Taxi circle just across the street great for airport departure. I would stay here again and recommend. Guido was wonderful and helpful. Make sure to check in before arrival as Expedia does not supply contact info to host. You must do that. Luckily I have What’s app so was able to call for assistance Lovely place to stay!

Amazing place!

The room we stayed in was really beautiful. It is in the city center of Rome so it was loud and we had an issue with the shower working. It was just one of those things that happen but definitely put a damper on our experience.

It’s best when booking a room here to be aware of a few things. I was not and checked out 2 days early. Firstly, there are many stairs to climb, the bed is rock hard and being on a busy street it is noisy most of the night. The room was not terribly clean and it’s all very basic really. There is no check in desk and the owner will come to let you in which may involve standing outside the door until he can get there. If you are late from the arranged meeting time ( Rome traffic ) it could be a lengthy wait. Not recommended if comfort and accessibility are priorities.

Perfect location. Close to everywhere. There is a very good bakery just 1 minute away. Styled and spacious room. Host is friendly and very helpful. A little bit noisy at night from the singer cross the street,but not a big deal. My family had a good time there.
