Mi experiencia fue buena

The staff was excellent. The place was basic but clean. My problem is that I was the victim of theft that would have been preventable had the company been mindful of its obligation to provide security. It's their obligation by law. The door locks for a reason. Safety and the security of property. They moved me into a room, and they had the guest in that room move into a room right across from it. But they did not change the room code! They ended up kicking out the guest. The guest had the code to their old room/my room. They broke into the room and stole my AirPods. The property refused to take responsibility for the theft. Had they changed the room code, the AirPods would not have been stolen. I am glad I had my laptop and other property with me when the theft occurred. I could have faced a much bigger financial loss. It could have been worse. I did not feel safe for the rest of my stay. I have filed a police report and complained to the Florida AG about this. I am upset by the negligence, the theft, their refusal to take responsibility, and the lack of a promise to take safety more seriously by changing the room code between guests.

Tiny room in home of many rooms with shared bath. Exterior a bit messy. Not much parking but great price if you have early flight at MIA.

The TV needs programming its talking

The bed was comfortable, shower clean and nice.

Very clean and cloe to most places

It was fine for the amount I paid, but it wasn't great. The halls were dirty and there was hair accumulating in the corners, the tv didn't work, and I saw 3 roaches. There's no soap, you have to bring your own. However, the location was good since I was heading out to Key Biscayne, and I'd stay there again. It was a roof and a bed for the night.

Clean Room..... ...

It was fairly clean, except there was no space to set down your clothes, and no soap in the bathroom.
