The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and often took several hours to answer messages. The space was clean, spacing in the living room and dining was a little too tight for the group size. Neighborhood was friendly with walking distance to local park and a few food places.

Everything you could need.

Property was spotlessly clean. Plenty of space at the property to accommodate 5. Host was very helpful and provided all the information prior to our arrival.

Beautiful spacious home. I booked this residence as I was attending an event at Brixton Academy, home is within walking distance or a quick Uber. Lovely quiet street, also loved the black and white cat that visited us over the weekend. Would stay here again.

A fairly priced stay. Advertised as sleeping ten, we were eight and it felt a bit of a squeeze having just the one toilet (the listing said two). The downstairs basement room was fine for us but you do need to keep the dehumidifier running or it smells damp. The stairs to the basement need care and attention too. Aside from the basement room, the space is lovely and just what we needed, especially the large dining table. The owner is helpful, responsive and accommodating :-)
