Great hotel, location cannot be beaten. Hotel very clean, room and bathroom great. Staff on reception always helpful, would definitely stay here again in Cuzco.

The properties in the middle of everything however very old and tiny rooms with practically no windows. Showers don't drain well and property does not have AC or heating, just some portable heaters that are half way broken

The location on Plaza de Armas is convienant with lots of restaurants and activities nearby but it was SO loud all night which interfered with restful sleep. Also, the bed was extremely hard. The best part of the entire stay was the delicious made to order breakfast.

This is not called katary plaza is called el virrey boutique and it is right across the cathedral. It is on portal comercio 165. There is a bit of confusion with this.The hotel is excellent. No elevator but they help you with the suitcases. Great full breakfast included, surrounded by restaurants and shops. In the plaza they offer walking city tours ( includes a lot of up and down stairs) hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk which is manned 24/7. Very clean, hot water and great wifi. A portable heater ( it is very cold at night) and safe in the closet.

The hotel is very well located but the rooms are extra small, the bathroom has been the smallest one I have ever seeing since visiting Paris some years ago. If you sit at the toilet and you lean your head a little, you will can hit the wall. I know it sounds funny but the rooms are very, extremely small. Staff was very nice but I didn’t liked the place at all. I personally preferred to pay the cancellation fee and select another hotel once I had to be back at Cusco, location is excellent.

とても良い Yes, the room was completely comfortable but they bathroom is really small.
