I come from the United States so my review may be different from others. But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area.

WiFi needs improvement. Spent 3 nights, only got connected on first day. The following days were impossible to connect to its WiFi.

The hotel is a budget hotel. Given the limited options in Zamboanga, the hotel is good, and the price point is very reasonable as well. Don't expect anything fancy; you're not paying fancy prices! The rooms are old but clean, as is the washroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is on the border of a commercial area and somewhat residential area - you will hear noises from the street, but not regularly (might be different for very light sleepers). Short story: I would stay again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Room Comfort: Unfortunately, the comfort level was lacking. Extra pillows are available, but at an additional cost of P20 per pillow per night. Instead of a proper blanket, only a thin sheet of cloth was provided, which left me freezing during the night.

My experience was so-so. The room was clean, and the bathroom had both hot and cold showers that were working. They serve breakfast from 6-9 am. Initially, the breakfast was okay, but sometimes it felt repetitive. It was edible, but don't expect too much from it. Kasi nakakasawa talaga sine-serve nila. There were nights when I had trouble sleeping due to noises from outside. The window is huge but not soundproof. I hope they will do something about the soundproofing. That's the only thing that disappoints me.
