The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic — very efficient, professional, and friendly. I was extremely happy with their service. The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton.

Our stay at the Hilton KTM was one of the best we had. We were two adults and a child who stayed for 3 nights. All aspects of the stay were impeccable. We wanted to provide our special thanks to the restaurant staff especially Chef Machindra who provided an array of breakfast items which kept us satiated for the whole day! Thank you!

The property was very clean. The gym and roof top pool were both excellent. Enjoyed our stay while relaxing after trekking for 2 weeks.

This is by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. The cost for a night stay is also more than reasonable for the four star quality hotel You’re staying in Kathmandu.
