Paper thin walls, can here your neighbor use the restroom and be intimate, busy road noisy all night, it was as clean as could be, in desperate need of a facelift

Not quiet due to street noise but comfortable and clean.

Avoid this motel. It is the hourly type. Sex workers prevalent. Open soliciting. Property has four different WiFi’s. Connected to all, none of them work. Showers are dial up showers and are very temperamental. It worked one day of the five we stayed. Leak in bathroom. Flooded out daily. Raised complaint with management, was given a bucket to put under the pipe. Air Con also very temperamental. Management spoke English upon check-in. Then when went to raise complaints about the room, conveniently English wasn’t great and could only speak Spanish. Also decor and room choice not as described in photos and descriptions. This is my first time ever writing a review. I am not the type to do so but the one stars are generous for this property. Truly is god awful. If anybody avoids this property due to this review than It’d be my honour. AVOID.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was basic, but a good size and comfortable. I was a little worried about parking upon coming back to the room later in the evening, but it ended up not being an issue. Plenty of spots were available. The only small issue was the towels weren’t changed nor was the room cleaned the 4 nights I stayed there. It wasn’t a big concern since I didn’t really need new towels and the room never got dirty. Overall, being the least expensive room I could find in the area, I was happy with my stay there.

The location while being near the exit of a freeway was very quiet and easy to find. The room was very spacious with Air conditioning and amenities available. Parking was available and staff were very helpful when checking in and out. The location is located near PB and other food spots.

We have stayed here a few times and we really like the clean fresh classic motel rooms- the helpful staff- quiet room, very comfortable bed and great shower. Very laid back feel and beautiful tropical plants on the property🌺

Operation of the television was impossible for my level of technical experience

One of the best deals you could find in San Diego! I spent a long time looking for a cheap yet comfortable motel and this was the best option. Had everything you could need for a few days in the city. Room included a fridge, microwave, and TV- all big sizes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior of motel also makes it a comfortable environment. The outdoor decoration and location was a bonus.
