Nice stay but tiny room. Rooftop pool was awesome and great location

Good little room for a few nights, can’t really hear music at night but can definitely feel it. Don’t stay here if you don’t like to go out! Great bars on this road and a fun experience!

The room i bought did not say no elevators and i have a weak leg. I paid more for the first night because the room they offered me had no handrails. I paid 500B extra. Second day gave me another room with stairs but it was manageable for the rest of my stay.

The Room was Clean and the Staff was very accommodating. The bed was hard so it was not a comfortable Sleep. On kaosan Road it is a Party Road that Starts at 6:00PM and goes non stop Until 6:00AM the room is not soundproofed but they do provide earplugs and the view of the wall gives you some privacy and if you dont need alot of space this place is for you.

The location was fantastic and close to everything! It can get very loud at night but everything else is fantastic.

Party street

Super busy due to Songkran. But right in the heart of the party street. Location is reachable by car or bike. PT not so much.

It did the job, but the bed was as hard as nails, the room smelled of mould and it was not as good as in the pictures.

So loud! The staff leave the door jarred open in the hallway to the outside so the vibration of the music from the street shakes the door until 3/4am. Along with it being the busiest and loudest street, this was an additional pain. Don't stay unless you stay out late. Room was tiny but to an acceptable cleanliness level. Two separate beds as one double but no room to separate them (unsure if all rooms are like that). You have to ask for towels and if you want your room cleaning which is good for me as I don't like people coming in/wasting laundry, and there is a safe big enough for a laptop. The air-conditioning didn't seem to change temperature when you changed it to a warmer one. The staff were friendly and happy to help out.
