Positive : Clean hotel. Friendly staff. 15 minute walk to land of legends. Good variety of food at the main restaurant daily. Free bus ride to the beach hourly. Free in room mini bar with soft drinks Overall good experience. Minor : Just a bit loud in the evening due to evening entertainment near the pool.

A wonderful experience for the whole family. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was great throughout our stay. The kids loved the waterpark, and having the indoor pool available when it got chilly outside was a lifesaver. Plus, the spa was top-notch. Highly recommend!

With respect to the rating and actual hotel experience, I was disappointed. The hotel has all good amenities that are usually part of an all-inclusive. Food quality and variety was acceptable and rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing that was extremely bothersome was the way the staff pressurized the guests, including our group, for a positive feedback and review on google and hotels.com and similar websites. They are adamant and some staff even took the phone from polity guests and wrote and posted review on their behalf. The reviews are supposed to be unbiased and represent the true situation. This practice leads me to believe that the reviews and rating does not represent the true rating of the hotel. Will I come here again, I don't think so.

Great hotel highly recommended outdoor pools are cold and 6 minute walk from land of legends quite nice and clean and if you need anything they would come to your room straight away to deliver what you need

Very clean, polite and friendly staff. Great facilities and dining options. All around family friendly location.

A wonderful resort for a few days away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working which would have been helpful but nonetheless it was a good holiday stay. Ten mins away from the land of legends and a few mins from some local bazaar shops.

This hotel should never be rated as 4*. Basic is an understatement, staff shockingly rude, food absolutely dreadful, rooms nigh on bedsit

Pool water is very very cold, they don’t turn on the water on the slides for the kids, only for a few hrs No food available in between the restaurant hours Gym not open all the time, they take a 2 hr break and close completely the gym
