It was very clean, very friendly staff, it was a pleasure to stay there

Great location. We had a great stay. The pool could have been kept cleaner. Turned green every few days.

Hotel is good

- water drenched carpet and floor near fridge kept coming back every day - impossible to take calls or watch videos from bedroom; internet doesn't reach far enough - hallway lights turn on & off randomly all night - weird phone vibrating sounds at night - attendant at front desk didn't say a single word or smile of welcome during check-in

I was very pleased to find that this hotel was exactly as it was listed, minus the floating breakfast. The pool was clean and always available. The washing machine on my patio was perfect for me to wash my clothes every couple days. The kitchen was fully stocked and nice and clean, but I didn’t cook. The hotel was kind enough to store my suitcase for one week while I visited Ho Chi Minh City. Also, the staff was very kind at the front desk and check-in was easy. Checkout was a bit shaky as the front desk operator checked my room and came back with a picture of dirt on a towel from the bathroom floor. He tried to charge me $100,000 for the stain, but it wasn’t a stain. It was just dirt if they washed the towel it will come off that’s what towels afford to clean you right? So I was offended about that at the last second.- it seemed super petty and definitely unacceptable! The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The cable was nice on the TV and I was able to connect my YouTube from America. I felt safe.

The facilities are well maintained and when problems arise, they are addressed quickly. The apartment was very comfortable with strong WiFi, comfortable bed, and good water pressure. Amenities and toiletries included with housekeeping on request. I’d like the kitchen to be better equipped but that’s because I love cooking - most people will find it more than enough. A great stay!

The area around the property is nice plenty of resteraunts and bars.the staff was okay but i had to keep requesting to get my room cleaned the room was nice but but the bed was terrible like sleeping on a board. There alot of little things that added up to not using this hotel in thefuture

No hot water in one shower

Breakfast was not available, although the room was sold with breakfast includes on Expedia. Other than that, the room was large, comfortable and clean.
