Great value for your money. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpfull. Our waitress Madonna was amazing and did her best to accommodate our food restrictions. The location is ideal to walk to some of the tourist attraction and a short drive away to Zamalek. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Ahmed in the reception is very nice. Actualy, all of the reception guys are very nice. The room is very clean. Great hotel. A little hidden and hard to find, but once inside it’s really lovey and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our experience started even before our flight to Cairo—this was our very first trip to Egypt, and naturally, we had a lot of questions. We reached out to Holy Sheet Plus Hotel regarding airport pickup and drop-off, arranging a private guide with a car and driver for a full-day tour to the Saqqara Pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza, and Khan el-Khalili Market. We also needed guidance on travel options between Cairo and Luxor (bus, train, or flight), as well as a private guide and driver for a full-day tour in Luxor covering the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple. Alex patiently answered every single question we had—no matter the time—both before and during our trip. His responsiveness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. We arrived at the hotel without very high expectations, but Alex and his team truly exceeded them in every way. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and spotless. The dining area was beautiful, especially the open balcony seating which added a special charm to our mornings and evenings. We had breakfast included—there were many options to choose from, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. At the reception, Ahmed, Saeef, Francis and others were all courteous, friendly, and always ready to help.

This was by far my favorite place I stayed at in Egypt. The breakfast was 10x better than any of the other hotels in other cities. I loved the view from the balcony, as well. I was here and left moments before the war started so it will always be something memorable for me. All the staff was incredible and kind and helpful. Much thanks!

Room was clean and bathroom was stocked up with toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the cappuccino was delicious. They even packed us to go breakfast and water for our early morning flight.

holy sheet is clean comfortable and in a great location. by far their best asset is the staff. front fest, bellmen, restaurant staff all made the stay extra special!
