Staff was professional efficient

So great. Breakfast was wonderful, staff fantastic.

There are four self laundry machines, full automated. No laundry services.

Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel after the game - followed the crowd to the train station. They held our luggage for us before check in and after check in. Nice clean, new hotel with excellent sound proofing. The train station is right outside of the hotel and you can’t hear it at all. Room was on the small side (I booked the smallest room for 2 people), but doable. I slid my suitcase under the bed. There was a a lot of space with easy access under the bed for storage. The bathroom was very nice and big.

From the moment I was checked in to the last breakfast here I was delighted with everyone and everything. The location, amenities, & overall facility was beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Japan and it will not be my last. I will be staying at JR hotels whenever I am in Japan. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality.

This is a very convenient hotel as it is just a few metres walk from the train station and right next to a huge mall. It has 24/7 access to a small store that is integrated into it. As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device. The hotel looks like it hasn't been built very long and this is reflected in the new look and feel of the facilities. there is a laundry room with 4 coin-operated washer dryers which is useful. Each bedroom is equipped with a kettle, large TV, fridge, dehumidifier, bath/shower and hairdryer. The rooms don't have a safe, which was disappointing, but there are lockers available near the reception.

Didn’t need air conditioning or a parking space. Room small but nice. The little massage tool was a treat and used a lot!
