It was a great stay. To make the guest experience even better, management may wish to consider allowing breakfast to be replaced with another day if a guest is unable to attend on the scheduled paid day.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, and I especially loved the mushroom soup. Thank you to all members of the hotel team for their hospitality and excellent service.

I requested for early check in but they didn’t facilitate. Overall it’s a good hotel. Shuttle almost every hour which drops near ajiad tunnel which is 5 mins walk from haram.
Driver at night is very rude, he would be late sometime and would check hotel card again and again which is irritating
