Room was cleaned daily. This was my 5th stay. Swimming pool is amazing, this time I discovered you could get a spa towel card you could exchange for a towel at the pool just make sure you keep exchanging it back to hand the card back to reception otherwise you will be charged. Staff were super helpful this is the kids favourite hotel when coming to disney. We didn't use the bus at all on this trip but it's only for this hotel so you don't have the overcrowded pushing as you do at other hotels.

Awesome place to stay with your family to go to Disneyland, Paris. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities were great for the kids, including the pool and the arcade. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was perfect. The staff were very helpful, especially Brahen who went above and beyond when we left a backpack at Disney Village. We asked for his help to call the restaurant we left it in to help translate and not only did he call them, he drove to the restaurant, picked up the backpack and delivered it to our room. He refused a tip for his above and beyond gesture as well!

It works!

This was probably the highlight of my BFs trip lol SUCH a nice proper with great staff and amenities. Delicious breakfast, awesome pool, shuttle to Disneyland was a plus. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel for a Disney trip

Fantastic place to stay. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday and the staff had put out balloons and chocolates (without being prompted). Shuttle service works well to Disney, pool is great and so are rooms. Fantastic place!

Excellent family hotel

The hotel was extremely clean and professional. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative and it isn’t even a huge problem was they had no wash cloths in the bathrooms.

All of the glassware provided in the room was oily, smudgy and covered in hand prints. Including the water carafe. I almost dropped it when I went to pick it up do to greasy dirty hand prints.
