What a wonderful stay! Everything was as expected! Clean kind and amazing! I recommend this place to everyone. So close to the City Palace and the view from the pool is amazing! We will definitely be back

Can’t say enough nice things about this place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We liked the candy at the front desk, and one of the staff arranged to have some ordered for us and delivered to our room! We took the Breakfast Tour with Ravi, which was super fun and tasty! The rooftop pool that looks out at the palace is so serene—we spent hours relaxing in the pool and taking it in. The restaurant was great as well. The location is fantastic, and it was clean and well maintained. We have traveled all over the world, and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, dollar for dollar.

Lovely hotel tucked away behind the City Palace. Amazing location and walkable to all the close tourist spots (or easy to pick up an Otto/ Tuk Tuk). Room was great and very comfortable. Staff and service let the hotel down a bit. Everything was very slow, staff didn’t seem very friendly and food was very average unfortunately.

Amazing hotel!
Would have stayed longer if I could have.
A little gem within the chaos of the city.
Well located ( although not properly indicated on Google causing issues with taxi)
Surprisingly quiet considering the noisy roads around.
Beautiful building
Great room. Comfortable. Appreciate the roomy shower and the window bench in the room.

Bad smell from bathroom and minimal natural light, and rattling noise from suitcases rolling along serrated ramps (Room 210), and poor English among front staff, made this a place we won't return to.

Great shopping in the area. Very centrally located so you can walk to the City Palace, the Jagdish Temple, and the Ghats of the lake.
