It’s a hip hotel right in the heart of a bunch of things. All things about the stay were great. Staff, rooms, roof pool = top notch.

Hotel vibe was chic and comfortable. Room was perfect for a romantic night away. Roof top pool with the cabana and pool bar was a must. Close walk to food, drinks, coffee and gelato! Staff were very helpful and always accommodating. We would love to stay here again.

少しがっかり The glasses and water carafe in the room were visibly dirty. The linens were worn to the point of needing to be replaced (aka torn and towels that weren’t just blood stained but weren’t thoroughly enough washed). The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciate the water by the elevator and communal closet of extra towels, blankets, etc - but at a certain point this touch feels less like an amenity and more like I’m being made responsible for cleaning and stocking my own insufficient room.

The breakfast bar was really not what was expected compared to the Hilton properties.
NO HOT FOOD AND DIRECTIONS TO THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NON-EXISTENT. RUDE CASHIER WHEN I HAD TO "PAY" FOR MY COFFEE AND MUFFIN.
FRONT COUNTER STRAFF ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! GREAT! JENNIFER AT DESK IN THE EVENING, THE BEST OF THE BEST WORKING SOLO.
