This hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in a long time. I was very comfortable here. Though I was farther away from Broadway and the celebrity bars than I wanted to be, the hotel’s free shuttle made things more accessible. I enjoyed my stay.

This would be the first place I recommend to anyone going to Nashville. Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing aesthetic. Truly a great spot.

Everything was exceptionally excellent from the service to the staff. Everyone was delightful and helpful.

I rated this hotel very highly and we plan on staying here again!! I will say what looked like an excellent amenity at first glance, wasn't as great as we thought. We got charged 25 per day as a service charge or i guess you can think of it as a resort fee since you get wifi and you get use of their shuttle, if you are 1.5 miles away from your destination. I said great!! I didn't even know about the shuttle. That is awesome!! We tipped 10 bucks per ride and didn't realize till we checked our daily charges, that we are actually paying for it in the resort fee. The wi-fi I didn't even use. I thought i was saving money not having to get an Uber but not really. We got a terrace room with lots and lots of of seating! 2 loungers and 5 pc dining, as well as a firepit with Chairs. If i have to complain, it was the fact that the greenery out there was completely fried. Not taken care of at all. It was a nice set up though and convenient to get lots of light to do my makeup in the morning!! I would not, however book this room again. I'll look for a a more cost effective price option,. The staff is amazing and so very helpful and accommodating!! Erik gave us a very warm welcome and also took my husband on the shuttle. My husband said he was very personable and pleasant! We will be back!! Such a great location in the Gulch and so close to downtown!!

Stayed there for 2 nights, the room was clean, they had emergency kits, snacks, drinks, anything you might need for a stay. The rooftop was our favorite part! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Beautiful hotel, service doesn't back it up The property itself is genuinely lovely, and my room was well-appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service completely undermined what could have been a great stay. I was there for 6 nights and my room was only cleaned twice — and only after I asked 3 separate times each day it happened. Every time, I was told "of course, we'll take care of it" — but it was pure lip service with no follow-through. I was also charged for mini bar items I never touched. When I tried to sort it out, I requested an itemized bill in person and then followed up twice more by phone. The woman I spoke with on the phone was short and rude, with no interest in actually resolving the issue. A beautiful hotel isn't worth much if the staff can't deliver on basic promises. I won't be returning.
