I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this property. I was there during a severe thunderstorm and my room leaked. The staff went into action, got me into another room and fixed the problem that night. Thank you to the kind staff and the amazing customer service. Additionally, I ate almost all of my meals at the hotel restaurant and everything was delicious. Thank you for showing so much kindness!

Conveniently located

Really helpful staff, fantastic location, 10 minute walk from beijing railway station. Great breakfast as well

Even though the room is not the best, the location of the property is quite good, just a short walk to Line 2 Beijing Railway Station. The breakfast is one of the best I had in China, many cold and hot options, they have even a waffle machine and a person doing fresh crepes. I would recommend the hotel for its amazing breakfast.

Not exactly a five-star hotel, but the service goes way beyond what you normally get at facilities within this price range. The staff are extremely helpful and as someone who is skeptical about trying unfamiliar food, I found the breakfast to be quite good. It probably had a lot to do with how well the restaurant was maintained.

Walls are thin can hear people closing door in hallway and showering next door. Next to train station, will have rattling from train all the time.

Really nice, simple, professionally run hotel.
