Disappointed. Smells not good.

The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.

Highly not recommend this hotel. Room was cold. Bed wasn't stable. Couldnt sleep well. Hot water wasnt there. We had to have cold shower. Almost caught a cold. Sent message for there is not hot water but no respond.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had to pay a certain amount deposit in order to receive the lockbox code. It was unexpected and was not communicated prior to the check-in, I felt so uncomfortable at the time. The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations, although I chose not to make an issue of it at the time. However, upon check-out, I was advised that only partial amount would be refunded, with the remaining allegedly charged for an “upgrade.” This is extremely concerning, as I never requested or agreed to any upgrade. It is unclear what this charge relates to. Overall, this whole experience made me feel very disappointed and uncomfortable.

Clean room, nice and friendly staff, convenient location

I stayed here for a night, unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Even though I had already paid online, he questioned whether I had enough money in my account and asked me to pay again, along with an additional dollars as a security deposit. While the deposit was eventually refunded, the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and made the check-in experience uncomfortable. Aside from that, the stay itself was okay, but the service at reception definitely needs improvement.

The apartment isn't fancy, but it's spacious and clean. It's not the prettiest place, but it's convenient. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. There was some noise from the train line, so they upgraded me to a quieter apartment on the other side of the building, but they charged me an extra per night. It's not ideal, but it's not the worst place I've stayed.

When I arrived the room was not quite ready, so the manager upgraded me to a better room for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the kind service.
