少しがっかり We took so long to check in even we arrived at 8 pm the rooms weren’t ready we waited for almost one hour to check in .. there is a huge miscommunication between staff to the point that they sent the deputy manager and the security to my room to ask me to check out on the day before my checking out and he was insisting. The toilet smelled so bad as if they never maintenance the building

Our stay was spectacular, this hotel had a great pool and one of the biggest gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. The food and amenities were terrific.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. The facility was also in good condition and is clearly well maintained. There was only one glitch in our whole four night stay and it wasn't a big deal since we weren't pressed for time. During one of our meals our server was absent from the dining room for a fairly long period. I even commented to my girlfriend that maybe he has to cover room service as well. Overall, a terrific hotel with an exceptional staff. We will be back in Nairobi in a week for another three night stay!!

Clean hotel, amazing staff, great service. I will definitely stay here again. I am a very picky person but this hotel met my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
