Smelly toilet

Great location to access the city

We greatly enjoyed our six nights at this hotel. The room was clean (a little smaller than anticipated with hardly any space to store clothing) but this is more than made up by the excellent breakfast and the superb onsen (Japanese spa) and other thoughtful amenities…We slept really well in the futon bed and appreciated the no shoe policy throughout the hotel…the location is wonderful in terms of near by food choices and some attractions, but once you step out of the quiet area if the hotel, it is quite busy tourist wise…all in all, excellent, especialy if having an in house onsen is a priority which influenced our choice! In that regard, it did not disappoint!

Loved this hotel, and wish I would give it 4.5 stars. The hotel is incredibly clean, to the point where when you enter it you need to take off your shoes and clean the wheels of your suitcase using their rolling mat. The check in and check out processes are quite easy to do. The staff are so attentive that

Amazing place with super friendly and professional staff. The location is amazing with many small restaurants and food stalls. There is a lot of shopping in the area. The only downside is that it’s about 7-8 mins walk to the closest subway, Asakusa subway. The onsen (hot spring) is really nice too! Would definitely come back!

This place is a hidden gem in Asakusa .. inside the hotel everything is new and really well maintained. For us the highlight were the onsen and the breakfast .. but everything else is excellent too!

Cosy hotel with free ramen and unlimited ice cream at night. Family oriented. Highly recommended. Will come back again

This was easily the best stay of our entire trip. The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained, and the overall experience felt very relaxing and high-end. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure everything during our stay was perfect. The onsens were also incredible. Since it’s a smaller property, it never felt overcrowded or overwhelming, which made the experience much more peaceful and enjoyable. The atmosphere genuinely felt like a luxury ryokan stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more intimate and relaxing onsen experience.
