Great rooms and comfy beds Walking distance to hospital. Staff very friendly

Mostly comfortable. Room size was good. Just a few things can be improved. Shaver powerpoint came off easily. Handle on shower door was loose, for reasons unknown. Beds were easily bumped out of place so the platform could be exposed, which may cause scrapped shins/knees/thighs depending on height of person. Didn't wan to alert staff during stay coz we were just too tired. Parking hopefully can be improved so that picking luggage can be done within the building.

Fridge not cold enough . Shower temperature is irregular. We booked for 3 adults but only 2 bottles were provided . Pillows were set for 2 pax , we need to request from housekeeper

Lovely hotel. However I was charged twice for the stay. Once from Expedia which was correct and once by the hotel. After 10days of chasing the hotel I am still waiting a reply.

Was working in canning vale only 10 minutes to the office . The area is the new hospital precinct but there are a range a restaurants and a pub in the precincts courtyard. Rooms were comfy with a sofa also. Would highly recommend. Just not a lot of other entertainment or options around either drive or the bus terminal is about 100 meters away. Will stay again

Amazing helpful and friendly staff, great location easy to access and secure parking. The beds are the BEST!! So good

Breakfast is adequate milk is watered down and tasteless. Rooms are neat as a pin and very tidy comfortable bed lovely. Very peaceful. Staff are friendly and polite.
