Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good
Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more than a night! Added breakfast and it was the best!!! So much better than all inclusive in Mexico 😂

I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be concierge at the main lobby to take customers to the Ocean Tower as well. That seemed a little rude to me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Love that you can spend the whole day at the lazy pool. The shopping was a bit high-end. The food was amazing and like that they offer a variety. Hotel room was okay, expected a more luxurious feeling.

とても良い The hotel staff were all smiling and friendly, but the attitude of two women at the casino's rewards center was extremely bad, making for an unpleasant experience. The dealers and supervisors working on the floor were pleasant.
