We had a short stay and felt very at ease and location was very conviniently close to other amenities, even Pavilion Mall was few steps away from hotel lobby. Great place to stay..

Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend Hyatt for future stays!

Some items may be cold even though its supposed to be served hot.

everything was good. But the shower was not hot enough for me.

Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel to stay, only they can improve in their breakfast, food was nice but variaties limited.

I recently stayed at Hilton Bukit Jalil and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with great city views, and the bed was extremely comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, which were well maintained. The location is convenient, especially if you are attending events nearby or visiting the Bukit Jalil area. There are also shopping malls and restaurants within a short distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Hilton Bukit Jalil to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Very clean room, staff helpful, located at nice place.

The person who checked us is was wonderful. Two days later i was sitting at the bar and he came to say hello and ask about my stay. That wasn't such a big deal. The fact that he used my name when he addressed me was impressive. He may have looked it up before talking to me, but the point is, the initiative was taken making the customer (me), feel noticed and seen. Very nice touch! He needs a raise@

Thania was great in checking us in when we arrived, provided complementary breakfast. Good service!
