We feel like we're being scammed because the room doesn’t look like the picture they advertised. The room is old, smells funny, and one of the bathrooms has bugs like a small fly and a small cockroach. It was gross. We should book one of the bigger hotel nearby and closer to the food market.

Although we did not cook, the kitchen should be equipped with hand soap, paper towel and dish cloth to wipe the counters. A set of hand towels at each room would be preferrable as well.

The apartment was mind blowing with beautiful view from top. Even though the cleaning guy was weird as he asked us to take the garbage down ourselves, the place and our booking team was excellent

とても良い All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy.
