We recently stayed here and can’t fault it, the room we had was lovely, small but plenty of space for a couple! We had a balcony room which we loved. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. It’s quite a few stairs to get up to the rooms but there is a lift, we didn’t use it though as it looked very old! The owner was great, even though we didn’t really see many staff the whole trip they were really amazing at contacting us and giving us all the info we needed via the chat service they use. It’s in a great area, super close to Termini station and within walking distance of most big monuments, around 20 mins to colosseum, trevi fountain etc.. only thing that let it down was that the coffee machine was broken and leaked a bit so would be good to get that fixed! Thanks for our stay!

Staff easy to contact! Overall comfortable space to stay! If booking through hotels.com be mindful that information (phone number and email) is not shared, making it hard for them to contact you. We struggled with getting the code to check in because of this, however we messaged through WhatsApp and they answered right away with the information. Safe area to stay with many great restaurants walking distance!

The room was smaller than it appears in the picture. Walking round the bed was tight. Good thing we did not have large suitcases with us. I also thought staff would be there in person. (I'm an old lady.) Communicated on WhatsApp. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Instructions for entry were very clear. Any questions I had or answered promptly. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Very well located to the terminal, abundance of restaurants and walkable to the Trevi fountain.

The AC worked well, which was a plus. It's a little difficult to get in and out of the place, but overall it was all right.

I chose Cavour LR Collection for a two night stay in Rome primarily because of the place’s location—it’s a short and easy walk from Termini station. They also offered a single room, which worked for me and saved me some money. I appreciated the neighborhood. I walked to the Colosseum several times and found good restaurants within an easy walk of my Cavour LR. My room was small. I expected that for a single room but didn’t expect the shower to be so tiny. I heard other guests quite a bit. I was in the room closest to the main door. I heard people coming and going frequently during the late night. I would not recommend this place for a light sleeper.

I had an amazing stay at Cavour LR Collection. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Rome — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. A special thank-you to Bota, who was an outstanding hostess. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience unforgettable. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended.
