This was a lovely hotel with a very kind receptionist, nice rooms, and good food. It’s conveniently located and the building/grounds are very well-maintained. We wish we would’ve stayed longer!

Great hotel in a nice, quiet area in Hue. The staff was amazing also. I booked only 1 night. But that first night there I had a medical emergency - kidney stone attack - and the night manager rushed me to the international hospital’s ER in town for treatment. He even stuck around with me longer than he needed to ensure I was ok and made sure I had a room for the next day once I was discharged. Excellent level of service and hospitality, kind staff, and a clean, quiet and beautiful hotel!

This is a stylish hotel which is very reasonably priced for the standard. It’s right next to the Imperial City, so very convenient. Our room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The water in the shower and the basin was hot (not always a given) and there was even conditioner in the shower (but sadly no body lotion). There’s a good sized pool and a comfortable bar. The restaurant had tables outside, and the property was far enough from the road to make al fresco dining a pleasure. The staff were invariably helpful, and in particular provided a solution when it turned out we’d booked our first night for January rather than December (oops!). Breakfast catered for both Vietnamese and western tastes. A choice of teas would have been nice — only Lipton’s was available — but after we mentioned it, they provided us with ginger tea.

The room was spacious, clean and quite, staff were very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, especially the Vietnamese option.

The bed was soft. Really just about everything here is 5 stars. English-speaking desk staff. Secure guest car parking. Breakfast was ok. Massage was the real deal. Short grabcar ride to the city center.

Perfect location in Hue,right next to the Citadel,in fact the property used to be the hospital for the Royal family! Staff were friendly helpful and professional. Breakfast was perfect,and plentiful! Loved our stay in this unique hotel!

Very good location if you want easy access to the imperial city. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The staff were great and very helpful. My room was always and all on one floor.On-site restaurant and coffee shop were very good. Walkable to the river and night market, if you like a good walk. Taxi service to the same were quite inexpensive.

It felt like it blended in with the surrounding (a castle and grounds). Beautiful setting and atmosphere. The restaurant food was not as special as the hotel.
