Fabulous property with great staff

Great service! Great hotel!

The staff was exceptional. Lovely and helpful at every need. Gracious to a fault. HIghly recommend

Nice modern hotel. Very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with high quality ingredients - which makes such a difference when staying in a hotel. Nice variety of meat selections and good mix of Vietnamese and western food. I really appreciated having local dishes at breakfast so the stay feels so authentic and I got a chance to taste local Vietnamese food. A nice surprise was the complimentary curated tea service in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay at Thai hotel. It is also less than 8 mins to drive to the lake and about 400 m to the Futa bus station.

Staff were friendly and very professional. Room had some where and tear but clean where it mattered (beds, bathrooms). Great interior design and architecture. Did love the multiple levels of the dining area, it was perfect for working from.

Room is clean, staff is excellent, Breakfast is good

Clean room staff excellent. Booked two nights then four nights. Food is delicious and tea.

Great hotel to stay at. It's clean and the staff are well trained. Front desk staff have very good English and the remainder can get by. There are quite a few restaurants close by within a minute to five if you grab a ride. Most of the attractions around Dalat are within a 30 minute ride. I'd definitely recommend people to stay here.

Everything almost perfect… except TV in my room 402 not working..

The room was very clean,
