The interior lighting, layout, accessories was extraordinarily beautiful. Exquisite detailing, wonderful attention to details. Everything felt very luxurious, one felt taken care of. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Nice hotel, bit far away from most things and the subway. Strong cirgerette smell if we didn't have the bathroom exhaust fans on. Room is not soundproof but property wasn't offensively noisy.

Staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us since we don't speak Chinese. Special mention to Jia Wei, Wan Wan and Alyessa. Thanks for a memorable vacation in Shanghai.

Love the ambiance and interior in the hotels, cozy and relax. The special check in process explanation is amazing and love the scent makes me felt relax. Bringing my kid travel along, and she love it. Nearby Qibao ancient town and hotel located in a compound that has parent-child activities. Definitely will come back.

It was definitely over rated on Expedia. The rating of “exceptional” is absolutely misleading! The shower room is not clean. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Not a convenient location as you will have to grab a cab to anywhere! The closest mall or subway station is ¥16-18 away from this facility!

Truly a wonderful facility!!! My daughter and I stayed two nights and loved the room. It was clean, modern, architecturally interesting and did I mention sooo clean. The location was perfect to be part of the local community, parks, shopping mall and ancient town. We walked everywhere.
The breakfast area and common areas were also so clean and interesting to be in. I highly recommend this facility.
