The smell everywhere in the hotel is really toxic. There is a strong smell of vaporised artificial perfume which seems to be to mask some mould smell. But it literally made me ill and prevented me from sleeping. The towels were to me unusable because of this strong artificial smell. Unfortunately this was a really terrible stay for me.
It was also raining hard and very slippy on the hotel floor and one of my colleagues had a terrible fall. It took a while for staff to take care of the situation or to place signs to be extra careful.

The staff here are amazing Ninda at the front desk is always extremely helpful and always trying to do anything to be able to help you been here four times now and definitely will be staying again
